Right First Time Approach to Planning: New Legislation 6th December: Anyone submitting an application will be advised to make sure that all planning policies and requirements are correct before submitting to ECDC.
Free second applications will no longer apply.
Applicants will be advised to use the pre-application service.
The option of appealing a decision will still be free.
National Highways:
A11 Babraham to Six Mile Bottom – Resurfacing will take place 6th March to January 2024.
CCC – Strategic Assets: The Primary School will close late 2024. This is offered to the PC before the open market.
Closing date: 15/12/23
Pipeline for Anglian Water – TRRO Application – Footpaths 1 & 2 Kennett will be diverted. The TRRO will be for 6 months – but closure will be at worst 2 weeks.No dates are available yet as this depends on the progress made. Mark Peck (Footpaths Officer) has visited the site.
